Portland JSX Limited (PJX) has advised that Mr. Trevor Cozier has resigned as a Director and as a member of the Audit Committee effective December 31, 2016. PJX has further advised that Mrs. Holly Hughes-McNamara has been appointed as a Director and as a member of the Audit Committee effective January 11, 2017.
