GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that Gail Moss-Solomon has been appointed to the position of Chief Corporate Secretary/General Counsel for GK effective April 1, 2017 replacing Mrs. Karen Chin Quee Akin who will be retiring from the Company as of March 31, 2017.
