Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Limited (PJAM) (the company) has advised that: (1) subsequent to the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 16, 2016 whereby a resolution was passed to approve a change of name of the company and (2) having received the relevant approval from the Registrar of Companies the name of the company has been formally changed to: "PANJAM Investment Limited".
